How Levering Books works

Day-to-day operations: sales, purchases, bank, Peppol and AI. VAT returns and year-end live in the in-app Books Guide after you log in — with prepare + guide, then you or an ITAA file.

Sales invoices

Create invoices for customers, send them, and track what is still open.

  1. Open Sales → create an invoice (customer, lines, VAT rates).
  2. Send or download PDF; optional Peppol send when the buyer is reachable.
  3. Mark paid when money arrives, or match from Bank.
Paid invoices reduce open receivables on your Balance overview.

Customers

Keep buyer details once; reuse them on every invoice.

Purchases (supplier bills)

Log supplier invoices so deductible VAT and costs stay with the right period.

  1. Add a bill manually, or upload a PDF/photo for AI extract (paid plan).
  2. Confirm supplier, date, net/VAT, and category.
  3. Pay partially or in full — or match the bank line.
Open bills show as payables; payments move the bank and payable lines on Balance.

Bank

Import statements, classify lines, and match them to invoices or bills.

  1. Import CSV/MT940 (or connect when available for your bank).
  2. Classify: sales, purchase, private draw, VAT payment, transfer, etc.
  3. Confirm matches so receivables/payables update automatically.
Private draw is equity (money out of the business), not a salary expense line.

Peppol

Send and receive e-invoices through a certified Peppol partner — Razatec is not an OpenPeppol Access Point.

AI invoices

On the paid plan, upload a photo or PDF of a supplier invoice and review the extracted fields before saving.

VAT & year-end

Quarterly VAT grids, lock/snapshot, Intervat XML, and year-close live inside the app — not on this marketing page.

After login: Books → Guide for step-by-step VAT and year-end. We prepare packs and guide the flow; you or an ITAA submit to Intervat / Biztax / NBB.

You, the software, and an ITAA

Levering Books is software for eenmanzaken and BVs — not an ITAA practice and not tax advice.
